Corporate Wellness Program

Healthier employees are a business advantage and necessity and the Makkoy Wellness Program accomplishes this by educating employees and helping them in the beginning stage of their fitness journey. Our 4 week Program is designed for employee groups and takes on a wholistic apporach necessary to achieve fitness goals with ease and sustain it.
The Makkoy Wellness Program includes:
  1. Lifestyle Coaching Sessions– Weekly sessions to educate employees on vital aspects of fitness. Information is streamline and this is a key success driver because it empowers them to build their sustainable lifestyle based on how the body really works.
  2. Weekly Goals– The program is broken down into phases. Each week, simple goals are set to help employees progress in their journey with ease. These goals are designed for each individual to experience each phase and observe/learn how their bodies respond so that they can make insightful and practical changes.
  3. Food Dissection – We discuss how food impacts the body and teach how to make better meal choices. We do not restrict foods options, instead clients make changes only because those changes make sense to them.
  4. Exercise Training– We learn how to pick safe and effective exercises to reach fitness goals. We do not dictate when or how you workout, Instead we teach you “why” and work to determine what works best for each individual.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAM

  1. We will help individuals define and set realistic goals
  2. We help individuals evaluate their current fitness level so they have a baseline from which to progress
  3. We will provide additional support if needed
  4. We will implement the program, teaching the components and overcoming obstacles through team work
  5. We will achieve a better and healthier workplace for employees that participate.
