I’m thinking about the bread part though. I still feel that you are under emphasising the fact that some food are just not good for the body. As part of Ones shd stay off them as much as possible and get the needed calories elsewhere. It’s a healthy lifestyle we are talking about here. Heavy food no matter how little is no good for the body when eaten at night. Also my observation. I wish you would make leaving our comments easier. As in not having to fill a form and go through security . Lol
