Makkoy Group Activation Program (GAP)

The Makkoy Group Activation Program(GAP) is an online group fitness coaching program that will help you reach your fitness goals with ease and sustain them. It is focused on

  • Community support
  • Knowledge Empowerment
  • Exercise training
  • Food Dissection

The Makkoy GAP takes advantage of the community support but ensures that you have access to your fitness coach and get individual direction if needed. This is because we understand that the body follows very basic principles but each individuals habits, challenges and needs are different. The Group Activation Program is a journey of physical self-actualization and teaches you the skills and techniques you need to get fit.

MAKKOY GAP INCLUDES:

  1. Group Fitness Coaching Sessions– Weekly sessions to educate you on vital aspects of fitness.  Information is streamlined and arranged to optimize relevance to your fitness journey. This is a key success driver because it empowers you to build YOUR sustainable lifestyle based on how your body really works.
  2. Weekly Goals– The program is broken down into phases. Each week, simple goals are set for the group to help you progress in your journey with ease. They are designed for you to experience each phase and observe/learn how your body responds so that you make insightful changes that are practical.
  3. Food Dissection – Your coach monitors your food daily. You make all meal choices, but your coach will help you recognize patterns and teach you how to make better food choices. We do not restrict food options, instead you make changes because they make sense to you.
  4. Exercise Training– Your coach teaches you how to pick safe and effective exercises to reach your goal. We do not dictate when or how you workout, Instead we teach you “why” and allow you to decide what works best for you.
  5. Community Support– Your Makkoy GAP class will provide group support and help to keep you motivated through out the program. There will be friendly competition and a great support system as everyone works to achieve their fitness goals and bring others along as well.
  6. Discretionary Consulting – Your coach is dedicated to helping you succeed so if you have personal questions or comments, you can reach out to your coach for additional support.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAM
