How To Eat It All with No Exercise and Still Lose Weight

“Moren, I saw your last blog post. Wow that was crazy… you told her to stop exercising and increase her food intake. That’s awesome!”… The first person that told me this, I figured it was a mistake so I explained… “Well she was working out 6 days a week burning 1000 calories and only eating 1200 calories. So I suggested she reduced the frequency and intensity of her workout or eat more to accommodate her high physical activity. The advice was based on understanding that her body was not getting enough food”

Then it happened again and again… “So you don’t have to exercise and you can eat more??” I laughed as I explained it again. People love the easy way out. They are looking for a quick and easy fix to get rid of the problem fat and get their sexy back. Truth? There are pills and drinks that claim to do this but the side effects and long term effect on you are just not worth it at all. And even bad diets, waist trainers, 100 day juice fasts and all that good stuff require a lot of work and commitment so why not just do it right the first time?

The difference with Makkoy is that we are not extreme on food or exercise and we walk the line in between. So No, you do not need to work out 7 days a week or eat just salads to lose weight. In fact, either of those on their own could actually do more harm than good. By understanding how the body responds to every choice you make, you are able to make better decisions that give great results without losing your mind. I will be the first to say it requires your commitment but it’s not as hard as the world makes it out to be.

So keep calm and learn your body. Stop looking for ways to eat your heart out with no exercise. It never ends well. Instead put that same effort into making a lifestyle change and building a healthy lifestyle. You’ll look great on the outside and feel even better on the inside. You won’t regret it!
