Workout Video: Abs & Obliques

You can do these exercises at home as well! They are all strength training exercises that will give a great full body workout with special attention to your abs and obliques. Do these 4 times this week. It will take you about 20 minutes to do each 15 reps of each exercise 3x. So 45 of each one total. Let me know how it goes 🙂
