So based on my research when it comes to fitness there are 2 really important things… Energy and Muscles. Food is for energy and exercise is for muscles.

Problem is most times I have tried really hard with one and not the other so I don’t see results. The way it makes sense to me: food helps from the inside and my muscles affect the appearance on the outside. Both working together creates the synergy needed to become a healthier and better looking me.

That being said it takes time to create a lifestyle so don’t rush it. If you are following my blog now, start with your food. Eat what you would usually eat but count those calories. Based on your weight and some other info, My Fitness pal app will give you a calorie target. It is tough at first (7-10 days) but try to estimate your portions. Google unit conversions if you don’t get it. Remember… You’ll only get out what you put in.

I have been cautious not get overwhelmed. It is too easy to get to that point and want to quit. I am now learning how to choose better foods and I will definitely let you know as soon as I figure it out.
