Pina Colada, Ciroc or Cognac?

So I have heard a bunch of times that alcohol is high in calories  and I have also heard people say stuff like “Oh, drinking made me gain weight”. I have always believed them but I was curious to know what it was really worth. While I was on vacation I did great with my portions and meals but I indulged in a couple adult beverages here and there ;). I say a couple, but who was counting?? lol.

So I went through and looked up some popular ones. I was amazed by what I found. Now note that 1 or 1.5oz is a shot. Chances are you didn’t just stop at 1 shot that last time, so these can pile up real quick and counter all the efforts you are putting in. Don’t work hard all day to ruin it night. I’m all about don’t “drink and drive” or “DUI, you can’t afford it” but how about don’t drink cause you’ve worked too hard or DD cause you don’t have calories to spare. haha. I’ll let you decide. Have a lovely weekend y’all
